I have refinanced with Scott a couple times and every time was great! He knows what he is doing and works very hard at getting the best rate for you. He is on top of every aspect of the loan and keeps you informed on everything that is going on. Scott will get back to your email or text or phone call very fast. I would highly recommend him!

I’ve worked with Scott and his team for all of my home purchase and refinances and couldn’t be happier! Scott did what other lenders couldn’t do. Once you work with him and his team you truly feel like part of a their family. Scott reached out to me a while back letting me know rates were dropping and we might be a good candidate for a refi. At that time we we opted to wait due to changes in employment etc but it definitely made me think to call him once circumstances had changed. The whole recent refi process took about a month and there was so much communication from him and his team throughout the whole process! I always felt I could email or call
Scott if I had any questions. The entire experience was simple straightforward and fast! He even gave me a reference for a home owner’s insurance quote and it turns out I was way overpaying. He does everything he can to give his clients the best! No doubt in my mind Scott and his team are my go to people for all my home financing. If I could give 10 stars I would!

My wife and I worked with Scott and his team on a refinance that we closed in 11/2020. Working with this team was awesome in few ways.
1. They worked with us to determine the best product for our goals with the refinance. For us it was a 25 year fixed. Reduced our payment and years on the mortgage.
2. Engaged us in a timely manner to get documentation in and kept us updated every step of the way. (We always got call backs to questions we had.)
3. Very personal service. They worked with us to determine how to keep the lines of communication open. For me text messages work the best.
It was so nice to work directly with Scott and his team to get our mortgage closed on time and at the closing cost quoted. The closer even came to our house. Thank you so much.

I used Scott Miller when I purchased my home in 2019 and again in 2020 to refinance. He got me a great rate and you can tell he’s on your side the entire process. Great communication and I felt comfortable through the entire process. I have already referred him to a few friends and they are currently in the Refi process as well. Highly recommend!
